Concord Enterprises—the strength and inspiration behind Concord Design Studio was established in 1972, by Mr. K. K. Menon. During the time of inception, water proofing chemicals was the main product of trading. The firm was then taken over by his son Mr. K. Premachandran in 1978 with the aim to bring modern comforts and conveniences into homes and offices. Over the years, the brand has grown to be a credible name in its field with a list of impressive projects.

With increased lifestyle options and technological advancements, we are now a more upscale and exclusive design and concept company. Concord Design Studio is helmed by Mr. Prem Kishan, the son of Mr. Premachandran. Prem is a civil engineer with previous experience working for Sobha Developers, a multinational corporation.

With a staff that is eager to take on new challenges and equipped with years of experience, Concord Design Studio promises to create environments that are as distinctive and individual as you would like.
